RESET

The Reset push button switch, SW4, resets the eZ80

CPU and the

eZ80Acclaim!

Development Kit.

Jumpers

The eZ80Acclaim! Development Kit provides a number of jumpers that

are used to enable or disable functionality on the platform, enable or dis-

able optional features, or to provide protection from inadvertent use.

Jumper J2

The J2 jumper connection enables/disables IrDA transceiver functional-

ity. When the shunt is placed, IrDA communication is disabled. See

Table 16.

Jumper J3

The J3 jumper connection controls GPIO emulation mode and communi-

cation with the 7 x 5 LED. When the shunt is placed, GPIO emulation is

disabled. See Table 17.
